Refund & Revision Policy

Design Dominion is committed to delivering complete customer satisfaction. Our unlimited free revision policy allows you to refine your initial design brief at no additional cost through your client dashboard.

 

To qualify for a refund, the provided designs must remain unused and unpublished anywhere online or offline.

 

If you are dissatisfied with any design service delivered by Design Dominion, you may request a refund within five days of receiving your initial design concepts. If no refund request is submitted within this period, it will be considered that the delivered designs were accepted and approved.

For Special or Combo Packages, the same refund guidelines apply as they do for individual packages. Proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund request.

 

Refund Eligibility Structure

 

  1. Before Order Delivery

If you request a refund before any initial design concepts have been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).

 

  1. Within 48 Hours of Delivery

Refund requests made within 48 hours of receiving your initial designs qualify for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).

 

  1. Within 48–120 Hours of Delivery

Refund requests submitted between 48 and 120 hours after delivery qualify for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).

 

  1. After 120 Hours

Refund requests made after 120 hours of the initial delivery will not be accepted. However, since we prioritize customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to reach out to our support team regarding any concerns.

 

All refund requests must be directed to our Support Department. Design Dominion reserves the right to approve or decline a refund request based on the terms outlined in the user agreement and the specifics of each case.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your request is received and evaluated, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the standard processing period.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider — posted refunds may take time
  3. Contact your bank — internal processing delays can occur

 

If you have completed all of the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@designdominion.com.

 

Sale Items

 

Only regular-priced services are eligible for refunds. Discounted or promotional services cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges / Changes

 

We only offer replacements if a delivered design (such as a logo) is proven to be plagiarized from an online source.

For such cases, please email us at sales@designdominion.com to request an exchange of the affected item.
